Cougar in our midst
There have been a number of cougar sightings in the city over the past few weeks – one of them closed Parker Park for several days, the others were on the outskirts of the city, along the Ingraham Trail. Yellowknifers are aware that bears could wander into the city at any point during the summer. However, the cougar has caused an extra degree of alarm. Have you altered any plans due to the possibility of a chance encounter with a cougar?
