The annual Make the Connection Night will be held on Sept. 6 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hay River Fire Hall.
The event, presented by the Town of Hay River, helps people to learn about the various activities they can become involved in and about volunteer opportunities in the community.
At the same time, various groups and organizations can describe what they offer, and tell people how they can get involved as volunteers.
Make the Connection Night will take place in the parking lot of the Fire Hall if the weather permits.
