NNSL Media

Publisher of seven weekly newspapers and various specialty publications circulated throughout Northwest Territories (Yellowknife) and Nunavut (Iqaluit)

Author Archives: James McCarthy

I've been hanging around the office as the sports editor for the better part of the last 16 years. In August 2022, NNSL Media decided to promote me to the managing editor's position, which I accepted after many years of the company trying to convince me to take it.

So here I sit in the big boy's chair.

Let me know about anything going on - including sports (that won't ever go away, no matter how hard they try to tell me) - by e-mailing james.mccarthy@nnsl.com or call 867 873 4031 x2121. I'll make sure someone gets back to you. They tell me that's my job now.
