Cory Vanthuyne, Yellowknife Centre MLA incumbent, was with supporters at the NWT Brewing Company as the polls were coming in between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.

“I’m feeling pretty good,” said Vanthuyne enthusiastically. “I spent most of today on the phone and doing email, texts and Facebook. I feel I’m in a good position. We’re just eagerly waiting the results.”

Vanthuyne was waiting for about a dozen plus supporters to arrive, among them were former mayoral candidate and city councillor Adrian Bell.
