Remote learning to continue throughout some NWT communities: GNWT update

On top of the Yellowknife, Ndilo and Dettah school closures that occurred on Sept. 13, other communities will be continuing their remote learning according to the latest GNWT COVID update.

On top of the Yellowknife, Ndilo and Dettah school closures that occurred on Sept. 13, other communities will be continuing their remote learning according to the latest GNWT COVID update.

Students in Colville Lake and Délı̨nę will continue with their remote learning until Oct. 1, per the decision of the local District Education Authority.

As well, Fort Good Hope and Tulita students will continue their remote learning until Sept. 17th, which is also a decision of the local District Education Authority.

Norman Wells is nearing the end of its remote learning period according to the GNWT update, which is scheduled to be lifted on Sept. 14.

The NWT communities of Whatı̀and Behchokǫ̀ both entered into remote learning containment orders on Sept. 11 and Sept. 8, respectively.
