The RCMP have charged a 33-year-old Pangnirtung man with first-degree murder after a 32-year-old man who suffered a gunshot wound was found dead in a residence on Aug. 27.
Steven Evic is scheduled to appear in Iqaluit court to answer to the charge on Sept. 29.
