Pink Shirt Day, which encourages students to oppose bullying, was held at Quqshuun Ilihakvik in Gjoa Haven recently.

Local RCMP officers led students on a parade of kindness around the school gym on Feb. 28. The week’s activities included making posters, speeches, discussions and skits. School/community counsellor Christine Porter led the school’s Pink Shirt committee.
