A prohibited driver who was arrested by RCMP and was subsequently found to be under the influence of alcohol on Sept. 14. The 33-year-old male has been charged with impaired driving, driving with a blood-alcohol content over .08 mg, driving while disqualified and failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking or recognizance RCMP stated in a news release.
He has been remanded into custody and is set to appear in Yellowknife Territorial Court.
