Team NWT now knows what it will look like when it marches out for the opening ceremony of the 2018 Arctic Winter Games in Hay River this March.
The AWG team uniform was unveiled online on Jan. 3 and features solid blue pants with a hooded, blue-shouldered black jacket – replete with the Team NWT logo on the back.
But there’s more. Doug Rentmeister, chef de mission for Team NWT, said wolf fur will be added to the hood of the jacket before the official launch of the uniform in mid-February.
