Jim Elliot

I’m a B.C. transplant here in Whitehorse at The News telling stories about the Yukon's people, environment, and culture. While The News often deals in difficult topics, I believe it is equally important for a community newspaper to highlight the community's successes and preserve its history. The Yukon is definitely worth celebrating. As someone who loves the outdoors and wide-open spaces, I am eager to explore as much of the territory as possible.
