Air Tindi is starting a new route to Hay River on July 13.
The non-stop flights will depart twice per day Monday to Friday, the airline announced in a news release on Sunday.
Flights leave Yellowknife at 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Flights from Hay River depart at 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Passengers will fly in Twin Otter or Dash 7 aircraft that depart from the Air Tindi passenger terminal at the Yellowknife Airport.
