  1. The new shelter is closer to the liquor store
    They hang out in front of the building instead of the space they built on the side I have seen fighting swearing and they get aggressive e they also line up at the library for the bathroom and they stagger around the mall with block eyes!this is one of the main reasons the mall is empty
