RCMP seek potential witnesses or victims of 'Pastor Brad'

For alleged crimes of sexual offences against children, Brad Dahr of Edmonton, AB has been charged by Alberta RCMP and released with conditions following a judicial hearing.

Dahr, 53, is scheduled to appear in Vegreville Provincial Court on May, 3, 2021 on charges of sexual interference, voyeurism, sexual exploitation, luring a child, possession and distribution of child pornography and making sexually explicit material available to a child.

The RCMP are continuing their investigation on Dahr, and asking the public in other jurisdictions to come forward with any similar type incidents.

In a news release on Friday, RCMP listed Yellowknife, NWT; the Lower Mainland, BC; Edmonton, Vegreville, Drumheller, Beiseker and Beauvallon, AB as jurisdictions of particular interest.

The statement notes Dahr to have been widely known as Pastor Brad. He is described as being six feet in height, 260 lbs and bald with blue eyes.

In Nov. 2020, Vegreville RCMP received reports of alleged sexual crimes.

On April 15, 2021 RCMP investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in Edmonton and arrested Dahr. They also seized various electronic devices, documents and clothing.

All of the offences in this investigation are said to have taken place between 2018 and 2020 and involve teenage female victims known to the accused.
