As the timeline for construction of the new hospital approaches its completion deadline, the government says everything is still on track.
“The project is scheduled to reach substantial completion on Nov. 30 and that no delays are expected at this time,” stated Jhillian Adams, the project's spokesperson in an email.
Adams also stated that the project remains on budget and that the hospital expects to receive its first patients in late May 2019.
