A Behchoko man is facing charges stemming from an incident at the Misery Camp at Ekati Diamond Mine last summer.

Derek Smith, 38, has been charged with one count of voyeurism after a camera was discovered in the women's washroom on July 27.

Smith is due to appear in Yellowknife Territorial Court Dec. 12.
