The reopening of Yellowknife’s historic Gold Range Hotel and Bar was uncertain on Tuesday after it posted on Facebook that due to “unforeseen circumstances” it would not open on Oct. 7 as planned.
An earlier post by the Gold Range stated that it would open on Wednesday.
The iconic establishment closed more than six months ago in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
